This topic is as important as the training you have done in the lead up to this amazing race. Join me as I will take you through three key post Ironman areas on Monday morning post race. This seminar will take place just prior to the Ironman roll down.
  • What happens to your body in an Ironman that is unique from other races
  • Key elements of Ironman recovery
  • Returning to training and avoiding injury, whilst holding onto that hard earned Ironman fitness
In addition to my own racing and coaching experience, I have been fortunate enough to spend time with the worlds leading coaches, sports scientists and triathletes in recent years and will be passing on some of this valuable information. I am have been working with the AIS and NSWIS squads for several years now and recently presented at Craig Alexander’s triathlon coaching camp. I look forward to sharing some of this information with you!
